For members

As a Club member please indicate your and any guests’ attendance using the booking form below, as per usual. Please note that this different from the instruction in the email you will have received.

The cost will then be deducted from your Meals Account and the donation portion transferred to the CIO Account where it will attract Gift Aid.

If you cannot make it but would like to give a donation to the Hospice please make it to the CIO Account –details on the website and use the reference “Hospice” followed by /your surname.
