This is a 14k circular sponsored walk along part of the Watercress Way via Itchen Abbas, through beautiful Hampshire countryside, starting and finishing at the King Charles pub in Kingsworthy. This year there is a 7k option finishing at The Plough, Itchen Abbas, SO21 1BQ. Please organise your own transport from The Plough back to the King Charles if walking the 7k route.

Confirming that I’ll bring the gazebo to the King Charles at 9.15 and collect it and the banners from CH at 12ish before taking up station at Lovedon Lane
