Event details
Most of you will have heard about, if not experienced the wonderful productions put on by the “Geriactors” (a local drama group), ably written and produced by former BBC Producer Ronni Davis and will appreciate that they provide a fun evening full of intrigue and comedy as well as enable us to raise some money which in this occasion is for our Charity of the Year – Winchester Street Reach.
Full details are on attached flyer and Rotarians are encouraged to bring along a table of 8 including mostly non Rotarians so we can widen the net and show others what we do as well as increase numbers. There will be a three course meal and in between courses the actors will set the scene gradually in three Acts to give the audience a clue as to “who dun it”!! In order to keep costs down we would like the Rotarians to be Table Hosts and serve the main course prepared meal to those on their table. Also to avoid ticketing agency costs we would ask they collect the payment from their guests.
Please register your interest here, for what should be a fun evening!
