President Paul is very pleased to invite you and your partner to a lunch to celebrate his year. We hope the sun will shine and the chatter will flow in this idyllic setting in the heart of Hampshire. We will start the afternoon with a glass of bubbles out on the lawn overlooking the Hampshire Downs before moving in to the Barn of which we have exclusive use at 12.45 for a delicious two course lunch. Wine and other drinks will be available to purchase.
We have selected a varied menu for you and the choices are:-
Mains
- Thyme Roasted Chicken Breast, Dauphinose Potatoes & Braised Cabbage, White Wine And New Forest Wild Mushroom Sauce (gfa)
- Chalkstream Trout Fillet, Buttered Baby Potatoes, Rainbow Chard, Lemon & Caper Butter Sauce (gfa)
- Warm Rogate Asparagus & Courgette Salad, Potato Fondant, Pea & Broad Bean Medley, Tarragon Butter Sauce (gf) (vga)
Desserts
- Plum and Rhubarb Trifle, Roasted White Chocolate Crumb & Poached Rhubarb (gfa)
- Vanilla Panna Cotta & Apricot Sauce, Fresh Raspberries & White Chocolate Cookie Crumbs (gfa) (vga)
- Triple Chocolate Brownie, Caramel Sauce & New Forest Clotted Cream Ice Cream (gfa) (vga)
Please select your choice and that of any guests and mark accordingly by 17.00 Friday 30th May 2025.
The cost will be £30.00 a head and will be taken from your dining account together with any guests.

Chris as a diabetic can’t take any of the offered desserts, but the booking process doesn’t work without a choice, so I have put choice 2. Please can you ask them to omit the Vanilla Panna Cotta & Apricot Sauce & White Chocolate Cookie Crumbs, i.e. just serve her the raspberries?
No worries Ian-will ensure she receives an extra big portion of naked raspberries!!
