I can help with driving as mentioned to Nick B
Andrena is happy to come along and help if required
I’m happy to help in most capacities, including driving.
Further to my offer to help, I realise I will be attending a District meeting in Romsey in the morning which probably won’t end till about 1pm and so won’t be available for the set up or driving beforehand. I expect to be able to arrive about 2.00pm.
I’ll deliver the Easter eggs at 12 and help with set up, erect banners etc.
Also collecting senior citizen in Highcliffe and will take down banners before taking her home at 4.30
I’m not much good at fetching and carrying, but happy to help direct people to their places – and will also get photos of Mayor etc for publicity and press.
