This is a 14k circular sponsored walk along part of the Watercress Way via Itchen Abbas, through beautiful Hampshire countryside, starting and finishing at the King Charles pub in Kingsworthy. This year there is a 7k option finishing at The Plough, Itchen Abbas, SO21 1BQ. Please organise your own transport from The Plough back to the King Charles if walking the 7k route.

Iām a touch confused about this. I booked onto it some weeks ago (doing the full 14k) , but when I go to the event there seems to be no record of my entry.
The just giving page has all the details correctly.
Alison (wife) will be joining me – I presume I simply book her in via this page
Probably just me not following the right link, but am I missing something?
Hi Peter, the bookings are actually done using a separate system from our website called Ticketbud. I just tried to set things up to enable people to as seamlessly as possible get through to the Ticketbud page from the website, for example creating a “pretty link”: https://winchester-rotary.org/SponsoredWalk2025 to disguise the complexity of the real link: https://ticketbud.com/events/7d397a34-0a26-11f0-b922-42010a71703e, and provide a better corporate look and feel. As a result, we don’t capture the details of any of the bookings in the actual website.
I’ll see if I can find a way to enable people who have booked to see their own bookings on Ticketbud. I can confirm that I can see your booking in the Ticketbud back end, so please just do the same for Alison and you will receive the conformation email.
