Event details
Winchester Rotary’s Community team recently provided some financial support to the Gordon Avenue Residents Social Group in Highcliffe, to help them setting-up a Street Party for the residents of Gordon Avenue, Nelson Road and Fivefields Road.
The details of this event have now settled, and they are seeking some volunteers to helps as follows:
- Stewarding the event
- For those with an artisitic bent, helping with children’s craft activities.
There would be a briefing on the day, plus volunteers will be sent copies of the event management plan and risk assessment. Hi-Viz vests will be provided if required.
If you’re able to help, please book here, outlining what you’re willing and able to do, including for what time period. I will then pass on the details to the coordinating team. You’d be welcome to take additional volunteers with you, but please book them in here as well, so that we know numbers and who’ll be turning up when.
