Event details
We have arranged an afternoon visit to the BOAZ Project on Monday 1st June commencing at 1.15pm
A visit to see the Community Project, a small holding just north of Winchester, which supports adults with learning difficulties.
Stuart Palmer the general manager will welcome us, show us around the facilities, the poly tunnels, the fruit and vegetable growing areas and give us a glance at the many chickens. This will be followed by a walk with the donkeys, an afternoon treat and tea and home made cake. The visit will last about two hours. There is car parking on site ( beautiful eggs laid that day will be a available £3 six)
Winchester Rotary have supported this worthwhile project for over a year now and have assisted with the purchase of woodworking equipment and a ceramic hob for the new catering kitchen.
Please sign up below if you can join us.
I have booked in and hope to make it, even if only briefly, as have a busy afternoon and evening.
Regret away.
